You know that moment at work when you have a great idea or voicing your opinion and a work colleague, or your boss shuts you up?
You wish you had the confidence to speak up and claim your ground!
- Why is it that you don’t say what is truly on your mind?
And why in the first place do these people even dare to shut you up?
- What would it be like to swap that horrible feeling in your gut for feeling confident in that specific situation?
In essence, it comes down to 3 main things:
Belief in yourself and what you have to say
Train the confidence muscle to show up like a queen in any given scenario
You are worth having a voice and an opinion! Own it and set boundaries
If you strongly believe in yourself, your abilities, and who you are, it’s much easier to speak up. Often, we are not aware of limiting beliefs that have been ruling our lives for a long time. It’s time to bring them to the surface and break them so they don’t stop you from becoming confident.
Becoming confident is like trying to get toned arms at the gym. It requires continuous training and effort to get the results you’re after.
I believe all of us have struggled with low self-worth at some point in our lives. Whether you’re a confident person most of the time, you may still suffer from low self-worth.
Claim your worthiness!
Remember what a beautiful soul you are and what you’re truly made of. You have more to offer and contribute than you’re giving yourself credit for.

I’ve done a fair bit of reflection over the past week or so, contemplating what went well in 2020 and what didn’t.

I can hand on my heart say, I’ve become a lot better at saying no AND giving less fucks.

I’m sure you’ve put you’re multitasking hat on before whilst navigating your way through your to-do list.

It’s easy to get caught up in everyday life and routine, but when was the last time you stopped and pondered about WHY you’re doing the things you’re doing each day?

Don’t get me wrong, I appreciate that there are tasks that simply need to get done, but I just want to check in with you to make sure that some of that stuff is actually exciting and true to you?

What do I mean with “true to you”?

Argh! You know that feeling when you just can’t be bothered to train?!?

You don’t understand why you’re not more motivated to exercise and it simply feels like a chore.

I’m going to be really honest now- 70% of the time I don’t feel like training. BUT, I do it anyways. At least most of the time.

Summer is coming and you’re probably excited to hit the beach in your bikini and enjoy some sunshine.

For some of you this might bring up some uncomfortable feelings.

You wish you had dropped just a bit more body fat by now and you wish you’d feel a bit more confident.

You might be wondering why I didn’t say “master your nutrition in 3 steps” but I explicitly made the title about mastering your relationship with food.

Because I could send you a meal plan, your macros, nutrition guidelines etc. if you don’t have a good relationship with food it won’t help you.

Are you ready to have a laugh? 😂

How similar does “Aperol spritz” and “uphill sprints” sound??

Say it out loud and you’ll probably find that it could be easily mistaken for one or the other, right?

I only started playing beach volleyball in Coolangatta, QLD a few weeks ago and I’m far from being good at the game but I do try as best as I can.

It’s a very different experience for me this time round as I used to only every do sports that I was really good at.

So here’s to trying something new but let’s finally get into the ‘spritz’/ ‘sprints’ story.

Stop self-sabotage in 5 steps!

September 14, 2020

Self-sabotage is when you undermine your own goals or values.

You make a plan.

You’re all in.

You commit.

But then all of a sudden it feels like you keep putting massive roadblocks in your way.

You’re self-sabotaging.

Do you struggle to take a week off training or maybe even a day? I hear you!!! I just took 5 days off and 5 years ago that would have been unheard of, in fact there would have been absolutely no way I would have allowed myself to take more than a couple days off. Read More
