Nina’s RE-TREATs range from 1-5 days and are NOT about:

  • Yoga
  • Detox
  • Diets

Instead Nina believes a RE-TREAT should be all about:

  • Creating an environment where you can let go and make yourself a priority
  • Finding a balance between exercise, ‘a glass of bubbles’ and some time to reflect (e.g. through goal setting, vision boards…)
  • Connect with other women and have fun
