Deciding to commit to a program and coaching from Nina has been one of the best decisions Ive made. She has helped me to achieve both fitness goals and personal goals. She really is able to help you get to the bottom of what is going on and regularly makes personal contact with you. She is also able to create a custom fitness program that will push you no matter the equipment or space you have. I have been training with Nina since March this year and this is the perfect way to train. I never thought I would be able to train on my own and out of a gym but Nina has been dedicated to developing me an exercise training routine that meets my needs and desired results with a balanced nutritional eating plan. I have even been told to up my calories for best results, which is awesome! Nina is a constant motivation with personalized training plans and she is regularly in contact to check on how I am progressing and checking my form. Nina has even adjusted my training for recent knee surgery so that I maintain a routine and don’t regress with my strength training. I love the gymnastic based training that is always added in.
