Don’t make this NO.1 mistake…

Summer is coming and you’re probably excited to hit the beach in your bikini and enjoy some sunshine.

For some of you this might bring up some uncomfortable feelings.

You wish you had dropped just a bit more body fat by now and you wish you’d feel a bit more confident.

 

When you look back at the past few years you probably had some f*ck-it moments round about now and you went all in with your exercise and nutrition because you thought that achieving a body transformation in about 8-10 weeks seems like a decent timeframe?!

 

This is where most ladies make this NO.1 mistake:

You think that the best way to go about achieving your goals is to increase your exercise and decrease your food intake.

 

Aaaaaaah!

 

Yes I know, this might have worked before.

You probably will actually see a difference in 4-6 weeks.

But you ALSO will have to deal with the aftermath.

 

And let me tell you, the aftermath is not always pretty!

 

By increasing your exercise and decreasing your food you are all of a sudden burning more calories through exercise and consuming less calories from food which ends up creating a MASSIVE calorie deficit that negatively affects your metabolism.

 

I know you’re smart. All you need is the know-how and most importantly the commitment, persistence and patience.

 

It’s about 10-weeks until Xmas. Let’s be honest, this year has been a bit of a f*** around (not entirely sure why I’m swearing so much today) and I really want to help you finish the year on a high, IF you’re ready to allow the process and IF you’re ready to commit.
