Sounds pretty easy, doesn’t it? …I mean if you could think yourself into shape, why wouldn’t you just do that?
But maybe you’ve actually been doing the exact opposite: “Thinking yourself out of shape”?!
Science says performance is 80% dependent on our mental state and 20% on our physical.
So this basically means that for us to attain a body transformation we need to create a foundation by developing a strong mindset and positive, helpful thought patterns in order to achieve our goals.
If you were to spend a moment reflecting on your thought patterns every day what insights would you gain?
Imagine you told yourself every day that you “are fat”, what do you think you’ll see and think when staring at the mirror?
Do you see how negative and unhelpful this thought pattern is?
In order for you to create a routine of being disciplined and being able to step into your power of thinking yourself into shape you must start with your mindset, thoughts and beliefs.
This is where the magic happens!
From today onwards I encourage you to start thinking yourself into shape by gaining self-awareness around your thoughts and stories and instead of telling yourself how fat you are or how much weight you have to lose, celebrate your successes and focus on self-love.
You have the ability to develop a belief system that supports where you’re headed instead of one that places roadblocks in front of you on a daily basis.
