Brown rice & millet chocolate porridge

Ingredients: (per serve)

50g brown rice flakes

50g millet flakes
-
1/2 cup frozen blueberries

1 banana
-
1 tsp cinnamon
-
1 scoop "Prana On" chocolate protein powder (or your favourite one)

250ml raw coconut milk or 100ml standard coconut milk

enough water for good consistency
Method:

Place brown rice & millet flakes in a pot, add coconut milk & water to cover as well as blueberries and cinnamon

Slowly bring to boil, keep stirring. Once hot, crush the blueberries using a spoon

Cook for 4-5min whilst stirring

Add in the protein protein powder (you may need to add some more water here for good consistency)

Serve hot in a bowel with sliced banana and a sprinkle of cinnamon
