Brown rice & millet chocolate porridge

Ingredients: (per serve)

  • 50g brown rice flakes
  • 50g millet flakes
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 scoop "Prana On" chocolate protein powder (or your favourite one)
  • 250ml raw coconut milk or 100ml standard coconut milk
  • enough water for good consistency



  • Place brown rice & millet flakes in a pot, add coconut milk & water to cover as well as blueberries and cinnamon
  • Slowly bring to boil, keep stirring. Once hot, crush the blueberries using a spoon
  • Cook for 4-5min whilst stirring
  • Add in the protein protein powder (you may need to add some more water here for good consistency)
  • Serve hot in a bowel with sliced banana and a sprinkle of cinnamon
