Green Smoothie

This is my absolute favourite smoothie. It’s so refreshing and filling for a little while too!

If you struggle to eat something in the morning try this smoothie to get used to having breakfast.


  • lettuce (e.g. baby cos- about 2 big handful)
  • 1/2- 1 cucumber
  • 1 stalk celery
  • juice of 1 small lemon
  • 1/2 green apple
  • 1/4- 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • small piece of ginger
  • 4 ice cubes
  • optional: 1/4- 1/2 avocado

Place all ingredients in your blender and blend for quite a few minutes until your smoothie becomes really smooth.
