New Years Resolution?

I don’t know about you but I am super excited for 2019!

Are you one of many who spend days contemplating this year's "New Years Resolution" to kick start the goals that you’ve been wanting to achieve for a while now?

Or are you one of few who’s excited for the new year but lives life as every day was a New Years resolution?

Here’s the difference:

In the first scenario you’ve been unhappy for a while; maybe with your weight, your lack of energy or the fact that you’ve been run down. Deep down you know what you needed to do for a while.

...but for some reason you haven’t done it.

In the second scenario you have learned and understand that it’s your mindset at the foundation of your daily successes, achieving your goals and feeling motivated today, tomorrow and every other day.

Can you see the difference ?

If you get going on your New Years resolution today or tomorrow or the day after and you start doing whatever you feel like is necessary to get you where you want to be but during that time you don’t change your mindset you’ll end up where you were yesterday at some point down the track.
