Herbal tummy teas
Do you sometimes get heart burn or do you get an upset stomach after eating certain foods? Nature has provided us with a great supply of “plants” that can help ease your symptoms instead of taking a pill from the pharmacy.
In general it is a great idea to include herbal teas into your daily habits either instead of coffee or in the afternoon to aid digestion.
The focus of the following herbs/teas lies uniquely on finding relief when there are any digestive issues. They are best bought in health food stores.
