– 3/4-1 cup frozen raspberries
– 1 cup raw almond milk (or milk of choice)
– 1 tbsp. chia seeds
– 2 tsp. psyllium husk
– 1 scoop protein powder (I love the Prana On protein powders)
– little cold water if you don’t like it too thick
